These are some of the tactics I use to gain a quick victory on both sides.

Allies: As the Canadians you must escort your convoy so have your infantry move through the flooded terrain. After you clear out the lightly held (hopefully) marsh this will be the hard part.

On you left flank you must use scouts and enter the small village. By then a smart German player will have made himself a fortress with traps. Get your Flamers to clear out the outer defenses then assault the village with some infantry supported by flamethrowers and Mortars. By then your engineers should have cleared out the tank traps. Have an M5 lead the armor inside followed by a Wasp and Sherman if they are present. Use the Bren Carriers to suppress positions and pump soldiers into battle. Most importantly have some mortars to help your men! If you follow these tactics and the German player panics, you should be able to overrun him. Assuming your vehicles survive the assault.

On the right flank you must clear out the forest! Its to vial to leave alone as the German player can easily outflank you. You want to have 2 mortar teams here for the attack. Have Infantry lead with engineers and flamers behind them. Once the forest have been cleared the real fun begins! At this point of the game the battle for the smaller village should be at its climax. So the German player should have had time to build up his tank traps to be stall you. The hardest fight will be here. Use the forest as a base of operations. Its also suggested you have you Sherman on this flank. Have your surviving scouts lead the way into Hoggerhiede. You have to make sure the area is clear before you begin extracting the tank traps. Its a slow and painful charge which will take most of the game. Assuming the attack on the left was successful your troops should now be advancing into the other side. The Germans will be so occupied with the Right force they will not have much men to stop you and all fighting will occur in the VP radius. Just clear out these Germans and the game is yours :D I'll give you a tactics map later. On to the Germans.

This is my map.
Orange-Infantry
Red-Right Armor Group
Yellow-Left Armor Group.
This is my basic battle plan. Hopefully my future opponents don't see this map

Germans

You are playing a game of delaying the Allies. My tactic is to use engineers to block off only one spot where nothing can get past it. I've noticed that most German players tend to make walls. This is NOT the right way to do it! Not only will the quick Allied advance kill your only engineers, One breach and the Allies can move all their men in 1 turn keep your engineer in the towns, and fortify blind spots within the city. Places only infantry can get past. Have it under surveillance and the Allies wont get near it  leave a small force in the marshes and everytime you exchange fire. Retreat as for as you can. Have an MG 42 cover the retreat. It will demand his sacrifice but it will not be in vain! The MG will give time for your men to escape and assume defensive positions. In the forest keep your troops not too close but close enough to respond to a threat. The Canadians will try to overwhelm you so you might want to have teams of 2. Place your AT guns where LoS is limited. Making things so much deadlier. Once the Allies make it to the town you have 2 obejectives. 1. DESTORY ALL RECON FORCES! Blind them! 2.DESTROY ALL FLAMERS. You want to compete these objectives before the Allies make it to the town. If they still have recon elements destroy them at any cost! Without that they are blind. After that head for his WASPS and the Allies will be effectively shut down! They will charge and try to overwhelm your forces as a final desperate attempt but it won't work if the garrison is substantial! Keep for Mortars in the towns for support. When the enemy approaches the towns fall them back! Use your trucks andhalftracks to move mortars and engineers around.

These are your ways to victory!
Make yourself a fortress INSIDE the town! Make sure they are in key blind spots where vehicles are stumped!
Destroy ALL RECON forces before they enter town!
Destroy ALL Flamers before they enter town.
STALL the Allies as much as possible! Time is of the essence! You will have 18 turns of combat in the next build! Hope this helps out everyone!

This is the German Map
Yellow-Small garrison forces meant to act as recon and destroy Allied scouts
Blue-Teams in the forest
Red-Tank Trap locations. (May have to zoom in )

Here's an early beta tactic that we used during the first build.
I named it the "Allied Fist"
This was a tactic of just sheer forces that were to overrun the Germans as quick as possible. But with this tactic the Germans could pack in a lot more forces to counter them. This was the initial battle plan that we would use to battle. This tactic was only used in the Early days so I highly recommend thinking things out if you use this one. The Germans can easily stalemate you in the marshes and forests.
Red-Armored Convoy
Yellow-Left Flank Infantry
Orange-Right Flank Infantry
