Um correct me if i am wrong but for legion arena you dont really choose your battles and what not becuase there scenarios right?

We wanted to create a game that followed history so you have to fight all the scenarios in order. You cannot pick & choose which to fight. Apart from anythign else, balancing becomes very difficult if you can fight scenarios at different times in your armies development.

You can pick and choose your units and XP poinyts in multiplayer and you play a series of head to head matches on Random maps

I would probally play multiplayer more anywyas but I thought it would be a good to maybe have some sort of campaign map that allows your to see your progrees or some sort?

Between each campaign is a movie telling you how your actions have effected the empire & what land you now control.

Those movies remind me somewhat of the first C&C on the Playstation, except no Seth. I remeber when Seth got shot... gutted.

The movies I think are a really great addition to the game tho.

The movies are allright and give you some feeling of achievment (sp?) after fighting the set of battles, the Osprey illustrations are really good and makes you want to buy one or two of their books (but I won't...for now

)...they're welcome addition (again, sp?)
