The episode at Wurzburg at the end was due to the French not being able to reach the Gramschatzer Forest as they were already in some disorder and the access points were very limited. To have entered it would have required breaking formation - hence why the cavalry got them.

I have been putting off publishing revised rule ammendments until after Brticon (this weekend).
I'd expect 2nd errata for ToN to be early Septmeber
