Yes , Axis use the June 1st 2012 version . Allies use the Dec 17th 2012 version .

This may explain why the game is playing the way it is. Both players are using two different versions of the game which may cause bugs that cannot be replicated.

Games should be started with both players using the same version. Even if you update to the same version there is no guarantee the game will play properly as designed.

This explains why Gog could not replicate your situation with v2.10 (June 1st 2012) and the up and coming new release v3.00 .

We put a system of checks to alert players that files have been changed / updated or whatever. It does not guarantee there will not be bug causing situations.

So at the moment there is no bug that can be replicated to be found and fixed.

Thank you Paul ! So how can I go back to the June's version ? Reinstall the file of June 2012 to cover the present version ? or just delete some file at present ?

Don't you have the original version? When betas come out you need to back up the original. This allows you to play test versions with people that are testing and play games that are the official releases.
Slitherine is still hosting version 2.10 you should be able to get that. There are more files changed than just the game.class file from the official v2.10 to that test version which no longer exists. Just replacing that one file will not do it I believe.

I can not speak for Slitherine / Matrixgames I do not know what happens when v3.00 is released. We are testing the installer now.
