Hard to explain

The Pace seems to be off a bit, not sure what needs tweaked though,

The AI builds cities at a very high rate, and seems to expand very quickly, Perhaps I am just used to slower games, that allow a little growth and exploring before it is all out war.

But it seems like the middle is short, the beginning is a little short, and then most of the game is slugging out a neighbor to expand.

Also a warning when someone is in your City area would be good, I lost a city some how surrounded by other of my cities not sure how it happened.

Aircraft should not be able to take ground, Cities or Hives.

Like what is happening so far, plays nice, and I think it could become a great game.
