Panzercorps mega campaign

Hi,
I was wondering if someone can help me with a problem i have. I bought online the grand campaign 39-45. I was sent a free download link when purchased which did not work, so i waited on the cd being sent from America. It arrived, put it in drive and it wont load :/ May i have some help on what to do and why my original panzer corps does not pick up this add-on, i even tried to register the serial number that is on the cd and it does not accpet it, says error 45! Have tried standard things such as opening and such, it even locked up my system (windows 7)

Welcome.
When you open the Windows explorer, what files you see when you select your DVD player? Could you please tell me their filenames?
