Claim Game Isn't Working

I'm not sure when my opponent last moved but I'm pretty sure it's been over a month but I click claim game and nothing happens.
In spite of the Final Fantasy character it's pronounced sao-win after the Irish pagan god of death. I'm not a pagan but we're on a wargames website so I thought it fitting.

Indeed it should be 30 days of inactivity before you can claim a game.

I have reported this problem in February and...

I've got feeling that something is wrong... There are still some bugs...
Where is the new patche? Or there will be no further patches... :/

We first are now finishing the porting to Mac and iPad, after that we rebuild the PC version and on release of the Mac and iPad versions all versions will be updated. It is a big task, but progress is good.

Ok. That's sound good for me. Game is awsom and quiet around it like last months isn't good... It steel need some small bug fixes. Is there any date you can tell- more or less.
