Water based ruin, rank bug

Think it's been mentioned before, but now have the logs for it as well.

Water based ruin, rank upgrade is only upgrading the transport unit, but not the actual unit inside for land based units. The air and water based units (those not inside a transport when on water) work fine. Just the land based ones are having issues. The rank upgrade effectively upgrades the water transport carrier, but when it goes back on land, the rank is lost. This should carry on to the unit inside.

Red unit around 24,16 area (the only trooper over there) is the one to look for.

I have found the same issue. Transport is given the rank, not the unit in the transport.
