1.Is there any kind of store in Serbia that sells your game because I can't find it?
2.If I decide to buy game thru online what do I do if my system go down on my PC?
3. Do I need to pay for up dates I see that for DLC you need to do that?

1.Is there any kind of store in Serbia that sells your game because I can't find it?

Sorrry i have no idea about stores in Serbia but you should be able to at least buy the game online from the Slitherine shop.

2.If I decide to buy game thru online what do I do if my system go down on my PC?

When you purchase the game you get an email with a serial number and a link where from you can download the installer (the link only remains working for a limited time). You can then print out the serial number and backup your installer to an external drive/CDR/USB-stick or any medium of your choice and in case you need to reinstall the game just use it. In case you happen to lose your backup somehow you can always write an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your serial number or in case you manage to lose this too as many information about your transaction (credit card used, name and so on) so they verify it and they will provide you with a download link and/or your serial. So as you see unless every backup fails and you manage to forget nearly every detail about the transaction there will be some way to reinstall your game.

3. Do I need to pay for up dates I see that for DLC you need to do that?

You don't need to pay for patches. Patches always was and will be free. You need to pay tho for additional content like the Grand Campaign or Afrika Corps or Allied Corps. You will get all the engine upgrades and new units and bug fixes introduced with the expansions for free with a patch but obviously you will not get the new campaigns introduced in the add ons.

It's regular. You receive a download link by email for you to use with an Internet browser.

Downloading by torrent, or any other means, is not illegal. What might be illegal is the software downloaded, not the method used...
