Can't exit in-game help menu

Can't exit in-game help menu

I was playing a turn for one of my LOEG games when I clicked the help guide to check one of the charts. Now I can't exit the help guide. The "back to game" button doesn't show that it's clickable. The "back", "contents" buttons still work however.

Try "Alt" + F4.
