Scenario Design?

First of all im not sure if this is a technical question or just a question but i read in the manual that there is an option some where on the main page that lets you design your own scenario. Im wondering if its just i cant find it or its not there? :?

You have to be in debug mode to get this to appear. It's all a bit clunky to be honest. You need to edit your data/user.txt file and add the line DEBUG 1.

This sticky thread for Legion Arena might help - I think (but don't quote me) that all of this should work with GBoR as well.
