HUGE amounts of memory

Hi all, I have problems with my decently new laptop running Panzer Corps (Afrika, Grand Campaign big package).

It's as ASUS I got last year, Windows 7
6 GB RAM
Intel i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50 GHz

I occasionally get the "Shut down programs to prevent information loss" when I am running IE9 and PanzerCorps.

If it isn't obvious by now, I don't know much about computers, but in my processes, Panzer Corps is using 450,000 K+ of memory. This seems astoundingly high to me. I have no problems running SW The Old Republic, so I am wondering if there is something wrong.

Welcome.
That's normal. It can go even up, depending on how many games you play without exiting to Windows in between. Around 1GB it will crash.
