Camels & Firing

Post by Scrumpy »

What happens in the following situation ?

A BG of Camels is within one base depth of a mounted unit disordering it. Their bow fire causes the mounted unit to fail it's cohesion test.

Are the mounted now fragmented till the camels move out of range ?

No it is Disrupted and Disordered - they are different things and do not stack up in any way.

Hey scrumpy that reminds i noted the other night you were putting some kind of marker on units indicating they were effected by terrain. I think you need to check that section of the rules carefully per Nik's comment.

It was a green marker to indicate troops that were disordered as opposed to disrupted going through difficult terrain.

You shouldn't need markers for dissorder. Once a cause of dissorder goes away frex the troops leave terrain or the elephants move off then you are no longer dissordered.
