having issues with this download please help

i downloaded this game few days ago. The problem im having is that the game keeps blinking on the screen. I tried downloading again and it still does not work. I learned that the only place to get tech support is thru this forum. Im not that computer savy so can any tech supporters please reply so i can have this issue taken care of. theres alot of games I like on this site but cant afford to throw away my money please help.

This is most likely an issue with the driver of your graphic card, the first thing you should try is update it.

yea man i checked it everything was up to date
