What does this tech do? I researched it, but can't figure out how it works.

It seems to do nothing, as far as I can tell.

It didn't seem to give formers any new abilities when I researched it.

Same with me. I saw no new abilities, and I was specifically looking forward to the "improving Ecoregion".

Yea, this is either not working properly or very confusing.

Thanks for pointing it out. An attribute's name was wrong in the xmls. Will be fixed in the next version.
