Things you do while playing Panzer Corps.

I developed this routine to play a scenario after work while listing to a podcast. Usually Nerdist, some gaming related podcast or just the Daily/Colbert combo. That is also the main reason while I eventually finished multiple playthroughs of GC and co..
Now yesterday I watched Kelly's Hero again and I could not get the theme song "Burning Bridges" out of my head all day. So today, while playing Allied corps I listened to the song continuously for 2 hours. Until a significant other came in and rudely pulled the plug. I'm still in the mood. Guess I keep playing for an other half-hour with my in-ears then.

Coffee or some other refreshing beverage. The wifey is usually watching something on the TV while I am playing.

Take a shower, take the dog out, listen to my wife, stand and stretch, use the facilities, etc….

Ja, beer is good but I usually will watch anything on TV or on my day off, I will listen to talk radio.

Trying to surveil the kids acoustically and prevent them verbally from doing irreparable damage to the house, while I should actually watch them. Letting them watch me playing hasn't been such a good idea, since in the kindergarden, for whatever reason, they don´t consider the ability to differentiate between armor units necessary for three year old´s.

I have two monitors, on one Panzer Corps and the other something easy like Doctor Who

Tried the "two monitors" thing, but kept getting shot up while not concentrating on the game. Nowadays have to settle for 80's music on the Sennheisers and a bourbon or three while I rampage around Europe in my little tanks, or if you're a fan of "Allo Allo", my little tonk!
Anyway, that equals a pretty relaxing evenings entertainment for me after a hard day at work.

While playing panzer corps I watch my other screen, waiting for a patch that will fix it so that I can play my grand campaign with the new 1.2 rules.

Yeah, patch 1.2 was a bit buggy, and one of the things was that the new rules would not go over to the GC properly, but I believe they are fixing it, along with other bugs found.
