Some AI weaknesses I noticed

Here are some deficiencies on the part of the AI that I noticed.

1. The AI never seems to build or use artillery or orbital bombardment.

2. The AI builds way too many Formers.

3. The AI rarely if ever uses armor on its units. It seems to spam a lot of cheap units. This is not a good strategy, especially because of the healing. It is much better to have the stronger unit in a battle, and then withdraw to heal it once it gets damaged. You can't do that if you have a weak unit being killed right away. I think the AI default should be Best Armor, not No Armor.

4. The AI diplomacy is nonsensical. I have another post that talks about that in detail.

5. The AI should be careful about reducing an enemy city or hive if another faction has units near. I have seem the AI reduce a city or hive to 0-1 defenders, and then I can sweep in with a unit or two and steal the city, or get the plunder from the hive.
