If reform units is on you will have the lost unit available on next scenario start. How do you use reform units for Panzer Corps? I started a new DLC-39 last night and lost a fighter on purpose but it did not come back. I had clicked the reform box in advanced settings. What else did I need to do?
hmm yes I started GC44 east to test it, and it doesnt seem to work via the new advanced screen. It did work normaly when I entered the "cheatcode" crtl+shift+alt+c reform units.vindy45 wrote:I did not have the unit available for the next scenario. I tried multiple times with both land and air units and nothing was available for the next scenario. Do I need to buy Allied Corps for these changes to work?
You change that by changing the main campaign in the main menu (you don't have to actually start a new one, just choose the campaign. After the patch Allied Corps (even though not present if you didn't buy it but simply patched) is preselected, hence the layout)timek28 wrote:How can I change GUI from Allied to Axis outlook (and music)?!?
I'm in mid campaign GC 45 West and I cannot see any option that does the change... Also new GUI looks neat, but experience stars are not visible enough due to silver color surrounding gold stars. IMO that should be clearly visible as it is very important in game. Also is it just me or does the firing and explosion sound have a longer pause between them? Is this done to simulate "projectile flying time" or something?
The rules really don't seem to apply hmm... change the rules after winning one of my scenarios in GC42 but in the next scenario the combat preview screen seems to use the old rules, despite me selecting the new rules in the victory screen...vindy45 wrote:I understand that. Reform units does not seem to work for Panzer Corps. What else does not work?
I am quite sure it's a bug. The advanced options was introduced quite late in the Beta so the bug seems to have slipped through as no one tested it with the DLCs. It is working in the non DLC campaigns and i personally didn't even think about it possibly not working in the DLC.KeldorKatarn wrote:Hmm I guess that asks for some kind of hotfix then? I guess it was intended to work with the DLC wasn't it? It's kind of strange that it doesn't I mean the DLC runs on the same engine after all... I can actually live without reform units and the cheat seems to work as a fallback mechanism (which makes it even stranger that the option doesn't work). But I'd like to try the new rules...

Offtopic: I guess I'll try to make myself available for testing in the future if I find the time. I guess you guys never have enough testers and being a dev myself I might be able to find some bugs others might not easily detect. How does one become a beta tester anyway? Do you guys always simply open a "beta testers wanted" thread?
