Pictures in AAR

Post by okiemcguire »

Ok... I would love to do a AAR with the pictures as in Kasarine Pass...But how do you do it? I know this has been asked and answered, but I do not recall the topic...

Hey Okie, you have to upload the picture somewhere first, I have found Imageshack to be useful for uploading multiple images at once, and then you have to use the forum code which is "[img]" then post the url of the picture then "[/img}" (without the quotations. If you go into the full reply mode (not the quick reply) you will see an IMG button that makes things a bit easier.

Do use a certain size or image type (.png, jpeg, etc...)

I think the pictures in my first AAR were probably two big, but if you use Imageshack to upload your pics they allow you to choose a size and one of the options is something like "email/messageboards" and I found that size to work pretty well. But I think JPG/GIF/PNG should be fine.

okiemcguire, I use a screenshot program called "Greenshot" it's free and you can get it on cnet.com. Plus it will allow you to save the picture in any format and even edit the photo.
