I'm pretty sure you can but you need to talk direct to softwrap. We don't have any details on the codes, but they shoudl have all your info.

I just bought Legion gold. I don't have internet at home, so I downloaded the file at an internet cafe using the "download manager". When running the installation program at home it wants to go on the net to verify that it is a legal copy. Which of course isn't possible. And the program won't start.
Is there any way i can get a authentification code any other way? Would I need to contact Slitherine support or Softwrap to get help?

Sorry you are having problems. Can you mail your order ID to info@slitherine.co.uk. When you run the game do you get a box that displays your hardware finger print and asks for an unlock code? If so can you also mail us the hardware finger print.
Registration
Hi,
Three questions:
1.I've emailed for my registration number, I included my order information
but I haven't gotten a response, do I have any other options?
2.How can I load the game on a desktop without internet? I have a both a laptop and a desktop at home but no internet at home. I download the game at the library, but I didn't realize it required the internet to register. Later, using my brother's internet connection I was able to register the game on my laptop hoping I could recieve a registration number that I could ultimately load on my desktop . I can't keep the game loaded on my laptop because it belongs to my work, I would like the game on my desktop.
3.What happens if you have a harddrive die, crash or you buy a new computer, does that mean
you can't reload the game and you have do this all over again?
Can you please help me. Thank you

If you mailed slitherine we have not had your mail. Can you check that you verified yourself to our spam filter by following the instructions in the challenge mail.
How did you buy the game? It depends where and who you bought it from as to how you set it up. We can only support sales from our site as we have no idea how other registration systms work unforteunately.

Challenge Mail
I just got a spamarrest verification email using my email at work so the other must not have worked
and I assume that was the challenge email you spoke of...
So hopefully I should get the registration info.
