bug: purchase screen & UI switch (from savegame)

If I play Tunesia scenario, I could buy brit., us and french units.
I select US.
I check "show all nations". This string is not translated in german version.
I deselect "show all nations".
I did not see the US units (flag is checked - I hope you see it in the screenshot), I see the brit units.

Exists a chance, to get the information about the "theatre" (Africa, Europe, Allied) from the savegame?
If I play Allied Corps and load a DLC savegame, I see the AC UI.
If I wish to play with the german UI, I have to go to Main menu, new game, changing "theatre" and reload the game.

Rudankort: no chance to do this [in AC].
