Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
I'm playing a Sonnenblume 43 that was started under B3, it loads and works fine under B4 so I'm assuming nothing (material) changed and we don;t have to start over??
Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
The only changes to Sonnenblume were some visual improvements and text changes. Should be fine to continue without starting over!
Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
How do you launch the hot seat mode?

Select a scenario then hotseat. I don't think the campaigns can do hotseat.
Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
As of BETA 4, this issue has been fixed. This map and all 'Start of Turn' triggers in multiplayer now work 100%!taffjones wrote:Playing "Battle of Britain". Both myself and my opponent have had bombers survive above a allied victory hex until the next turn and the victory hex has remained in place. We were both under the impression that the victory hex should have been removed is this a bug?

Hi for RC1, it says "serial number non-existent". Can't continue my games anymore.

Same here. I wonder if it moved over to the official PBEM server.
Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
With the Release Candidate out, multiplayer BETA testing has come to an end. Thanks to everyone for helping put the system through its paces and for your feedback!

Re: Allied Corps Multiplayer Testing
Here my thoughts on these two scenarios.
Sonneblume 43.
Fictional counter invasion of Afrika after failed Allied invasion of Sicily in 1943.
This one is tough playing as the Allies. My tanks were only good for being destroyed. I found that buying Rangers did better then the tanks at defending. My aircraft did fairly well at defeating Axis aircraft. After awhile they too could not keep up with the Axis aircraft that came onto the map. Same situation with my Navy, the Axis Navy slowly picked them apart. I ended up spending all my points and could never really get any back. We were on turn 12. That said I loved the challenge of this map and can't wait to play it again as the Allies.
Fortress Helm.
USA, Britain, and USSR forces assault a German fortress on a large scenario. Fortifications and randomized minefields and hero units oh my!
I played as the Allies. I didn't get too far into the map (Turn 6), but it felt pretty balanced. I did some damage, the Axis did some back. Slowly I made progress North. This was enjoyable map too.
