all of a sudden BA complains about no disk

I have a version of the game that I downloaded from the appropriate site after paying for it. I have been playing for ages (including the MP tourneys). Now when I go to update my GJS44 campaign with the newest scenario, BA is complaining there is no disk in drive D and exiting. Help!

I don't think there is any version of BA which does any kind of disk check, so I am not sure what is going on here :). My guess would be that either you installed it to drive D and the drive has broken or disconnected, or possibly some system file it needs was installed there?
