Saved Game Files Don't Work

Attached is the latest save game file from my current game. I have installed the latest upgrade. I can load the file just fine, but when I try to play, nothing happens. Everything is frozen. When I try to move a unit, it won't move. If I try to skip the unit, it won't skip. Just nothing happens.

I should point out that none of my saved game files work. Neither the ones I name or the auto save games. I have tried to open all of them and I get the same result.
