Cannot buy Commander – Europe at War

Hi!

I try to buy Commander – Europe at War for three month now.
But every time I get this message 'We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again.'
I checked everything. There is nothing wrong with my information. I already wrote two emails to Slitherine but I don't get an answer.

What can I do?

Hi Felix,

sorry you are having problems but we have not received any mail from you. Did you verify yourself to our spam filter? When does this problem appear? At what point in the processing of your order?

Hi!

I don't know how to verify me to your spam filter.

I get the message as soon as I press the submit button on the checkout screen.
I tried it with different browsers and also on a Mac OS. No chance.

Hi Grizzly - when you mail us you will get an automatic response from our spam filter. If you follow the instructions in the mail you'll be verified and all future mail will come to us.

Are you trying to buy a digital download of Commander for PC or something else?
