28mm nbrs of figures on a base

Post by miffedofreading »

I am considering the possibility of doing a 28mm FoG army. Probably wars of the roses. I assume 2 inf for LF and 3 inf for MF and HF would be acceptable as the figures are large and expensive? What about cavalry, for knights and other heavy cavalry do you use 2 models or 3? I suspect 3 may be a very tight fit and again increase the cost considerably. I would be interested to hear what others have done

Two figures for LF and three for medium and heavy would be fine. If you can find a way to get three cavalry and knights on a base I think it would look a lot better but as you mentioned there are cost and room on the base issues.

I think most 28mm stuff can be managed at 3 to a base for the mounted - certainly seem to be at (DBM) comps anyway.
