Last version 1.14 Library in French not the same in English

I have the last version and i see that Library in French not the same in English :

for example no plane in french library.

Is it the same thing to play in French or in English (same game ?) ?

is it normal or it is a prblem of installation ?

There aren't any differences between playing the game in French or in English. However only a partial part of the Library is translated to French.
