The ship keeps coming back!!

In the first fall back mission I evacuated the cruiser and it shows in my core units. I cannot disband it and get it out of inventory. In beta 1 I could.

It's a change in beta 2 to prevent milking evacuated auxiliary units for prestige. You can deploy the cruiser in the next mission that got sea deployment hexes and use it. If you don't evacuate it there it will be gone.
