Serial number entry

I've downloaded the basic game but am being stymied by the Serial Number Entry window. I have a eight digit activation number but it isn't doing the trick. What do I put in the box asking for expansion serial ?

You'll need to be a little more specific . I would suggest posting your issue into the Tech Support forum of the game you are having trouble with. The guys there will be best able to help you get up and running.

In general, though, you would have gotten a serial number (usually of the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) with your confirmation email.
