I am REALLY disappointed about how the customers are treated...
At first I was so happy, that the mega pack came out and counted the days to the release.
Then I registered on Slitherine an registered my games for a 40 % discount. It all worked fine...
I choosed to redeem the slitherine shop code, which was a great mistake...
After I gave all my sensible informations and payed the bill, a mail from primus arrived me, that the purchase cannot be done due incorrect informations.
I asked which information were wrong, but only get a mail, that my money will be transfered back and that i dont get the game! No reason why!
The only problem I could imagine is that my telephone number was incorrect. But there is the problem: I HAVE NO PHONE. But the informations about it were a must. Aside the question, for what your company needs a telephone number when the money already is payed, what am I to do now? Do you guys really want to tell me, Icheered to soon and cannot buy the mega pack because I have no phone? That must be a joke, or? A sad one
And what is with my discount code. It only counts once and because the cancelation of my order from your side, i will have no discount anymore?
Please... don´t say, that this is for real... I just want to play Panzer-Corps and are willing to pay for it...
