Lost serial number

I have changed computer an dwanted to install Spartan.
Sadly I cannot run the program because it has been installed on too many computers(?).
Now, when I run the program I get a strange form (see screenshot) and my order number does not help.
I have found the mail with the summery of my order, but there is no serial number and, like I said, the order number is useless.
Can you help me?

If you have any order details can you mail them to support@slitherine.co.uk so they can look in to it. I don't even recognize that pop up box but it must be very very old

Let them know roughly where and when you bought it which might help them locate it.
