They are MF and then you put commanded shot in the BG Type column.titanu wrote:How do you enter Commanded shot or are they just MF?
You joining the band of the righteous Bob? Best check out the errata before you get too excited about commanded shot.
Re: Army List Spreadsheet
That was my query in the type drop down box 'Commanded shot' do not appear only 'MF'.rbodleyscott wrote:They are MF and then you put commanded shot in the BG Type column.titanu wrote:How do you enter Commanded shot or are they just MF?

Most certainly I was a George Gush player for years and I like the period.rbodleyscott wrote:You joining the band of the righteous Bob? Best check out the errata before you get too excited about commanded shot.

Re: Army List Spreadsheet
There is a Type column where you select the MF/HF etc. There is also a BG Type column just to the left of the Points per Base. This allows you to select other stuff like Commanded Shot. Realistically, the only ones you need to populate there are Commanded Shot and Swedish Brigade because they have a points cost, the others are more for information. That was my query in the type drop down box 'Commanded shot' do not appear only 'MF'.

Re: Army List Spreadsheet
Give the 3 parts of the BG the same BG#. Also, a 2+4 pike and shot BG is not a Late Tercio. It doesn't make any difference on the spreadsheet but is relevant when you play.

No, I've just been through all of these things myself! Incidentally, I've just started trying this one:
http://www.littlearmybuilder.com/lang/en/
It doesn't do Copy and Paste but the way it handles the multi-part BGs is good.

Re: Army List Spreadsheet
Thanks for the hint on the Little Army Builder, I've been giving it a whirl and I rather like it, especially when you print, the text size is better for my eyesight. I can copy and paste without any problem. I rather like that it remembers what you have previously typed and saved, and fills in for you when you use the same Unit name.kevinj wrote:No, I've just been through all of these things myself! There are some minor issues I've stumbled across so far though - funnily enough all to do with the Japanese list - Samurai with Teppo autofills as unarmoured and won't allow the armoured version and Ashigaru with Yumi autofills as Bow* but the points are correct.

Re: Army List Spreadsheet
Yes, there's a general issue with Warriors and missile weapons but I've reported it. Alain who creates the tool is very responsive. Some of the defaults are not particularly intitive, but if you create one instance of each BG type and then save the autofill is excellent.
