Disbanding units

There is something wrong when I want to scrap my units on their territory- It looks like game want to give me back a double manpower (and it gave me twice as it should).

Actually, what it does is use the PP cost to calculate how much manpower you will get back. If you try to disband a fighter, you'll get back 30 manpower! :shock:
