I cannot find more superlatives to describe Niki's modding work!
Great video, man! It was nice to hear the voice of the "man behind the Mod(s)!
I am also very pleased you find my contributions useful. And be sure that the switchable units will continue to roll out the gates of "Guille's Icon Workshop" for everyone. By the way, Guille is a diminutive of "Guillermo", my name in my native language (which is Spanish, as I am from Argentina), wich translates to "William" in English, so you can name me that way if you like (besides, I don't know how to pronounce "Guille" in English, either).

Another question: What is the name of the program you use to export Panzer General maps to .bmp files? Is is available to download from somewhere?

Hi! Maybe I've got the question wrong but the GTPG v2.0 works fine for me with patch 1.13. Played more than 20 scenarios so far over the last months and didn't experience any issues. It's really a great MOD!

There is no problem for part 1, but those who can't wait for part 2 and continu the game after 1943, the latest units with patch v1.13 aren't present.

Madrid is not going to be added, there is already the choice to attack Spain btw. If i would add Madrid as a new opener, all savegames might become useless due to the extra line in the campaign.pzdat file.

i am trying to download the latest version of GTPG but the download site wants my cc (for age verification). This such a scam. There must be another way to download this file.

GTPG 1 began as a v1.0 release and overtime i made a few (minor) updates/fixes and eventually it stranded at v1.06.
I was convinced i had to draw the line somewhere and therefore i started with the development of GTPG 2. It never crossed my mind to update GTPG 1 any further but the latest PC updates show that there is still promise for improvement of GTPG 1. Considering the fact that GTPG 1 is still downloaded much until this day, perhaps it would be interesting to make another update and bring it up to PC v1.14 specs.

GTPG 1 v1.06 will be updated to v1.10. This is the first installment of the GTPG series for which you don't need GME at all.

This is the first bunch of improvements that will be implemented:

GTPG 1 v1.10 changelog

Some vanilla unit tweaks in their start/expire date. Several units added (PzIID-H,PzIVC,PzIIID) for an easier start.
Name of savegames should now carry the name of the actual scenario.
Start prestige adjusted from 6200 to 6000.

Scenario Handpick:
-startdate changed
-ingame message added
-blue player flag instead of republican flag

Scenario Madrid:
-startdate changed
-number of SE units raised from 0 to 1
-the SE unit mentioned in the briefing now really is a dedicated SE unit (fix)

Scenario Danzig:
-added capturable equipment 10,5cm K29(p) with hero +3A,+1D,+2I
-Bf110c joins your core with hero +3A,+2I,+1S
-several polish tanks exchanged for polish cavalry
-all auxiliary Pz IIIE exchanged for Kradschutzen
-ingame messages added
-number of SE units raised from 1 to 2
-airfield added in northeast part of the map
-slovak units as auxiliaries only

Scenario Westerplatte:
-slovak units as auxiliaries only, slovak tank removed
-Both Ju87A replaced
-introduced a polish Renault R35
-two polish tanks replaced by polish infantry
-added 5 auxiliary slots
-a Gustav rail artillery joins your core with hero +1R
-ingame message added

Scenario Warsaw:
-ingame messages added
-some changes to the defenders of Warsaw
-several polish tanks exchanged for polish cavalry
-introduced a couple of polish Renault R35s
-polish and russian armored trains removed and exchanged for cavalry
-slovak units as auxiliaries only
-a StuGIIIB joins your core with hero +4A,+1I

-marginal victory bug fix

-all italian units replaced by german units

-added 12 russian attackers

I'm giving this priority, then i continu with Legacy of Versailles. I hope to release the update by the end of the month.
