Problems

Opened software today and saw a message about updates and new user contact.

Once it moved to the main menu, the load and multiplayer options are not available and half of my campaigns are showing as locked.

Please advise of fixing these issues.

It sounds like you are on a new machine? Or have deleted your savegames and other game data?

When the game is first installed some options are locked off until the user plays the tutorial etc. You can override this by going to your My Documents/My Games/BBCBA folder, and opening OPTIONS.TXT. Change the value on the Campaigns line to 255 and then resave the file. This will unlock all the campaigns etc as before.

Not a new machine or any deletions at all.

Changing the value as you suggested unlocked my campaigns and I am able to use mutli-player.
