Problem with game screen size

Having downloaded and played through with great pleasure the whole of Panzer Corps Grand Campaign East 39-45 ,I have just downloaded Grand Campaign West 42-43. After the first scenario I started to have a problem with the screen size. It reduced vertically during a routine unit move and now I can't get back to full screen. It is impossible to play the game with the slightly smaller screen as key buttons are out of sight. I've tried restarting the game. No change. I've uninstalled Grand Campaign West 42-43. Still no change. Any ideas ?

Download this file. Unzip and run the extracted file. This will activate the full screen mode in the Panzer Corps options on Windows registry.
