Gday Dan i cant get into the game, system crashes part way through installation.Using Winrar and extracted to a seperate file in my documents as per instuctions.Argggggggggggg

I don't understand.. you operating system crashes during what installation? bRC5 doesn't install itself, it just starts up, and just by starting it up it shouldn't be any way to crash your OS. which OS is that? if your OS is the one crashing, then it seems like you most probably have a hardware or severe driver failure.

If you mean that bRC5 is crashing during it's start up, please send me the console and output log files, please.

Ok nothing wrong with my computer as far as i know. I get to start up screen where i press play and first time it took me to the Fog Main screen . Loaded for about 2 minutes then i get a message . Your operating system has Crashed. No problems running Old Fog version and i made sure nothing else was open when i attempted to load the game.I will try again and post the message to help you out.

Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 ghz

which build you've got? the normal, or the small one? if you've got the small one, that one needs to do additional downloading once you start the game for the first time. you might want to also try the full one, see if that crashes too, or not.

Have you tried to run the application as an administrator (full rights)? where have you put it?

As I've told you, this indicates hardware/OS problems.

In your crash log I see:
- you seem to have 0 MB pagefile space. which means you drive on which the pagefile is filled up and can not allocate more pagefile memory, or you've disabled it completely. either way is definitely not good for a laptop with only 3.5 MB RAM
- the crash seems to be related with your videocard's driver

What can you do:
1) check the state of your drive on which you have the pagefile.sys, and clear some space on it
2) verify your hard drive to physical/hardware errors
3) check your memory for physical/hardware errors
4) update your OS (latest SP, updates, etc)
5) update your .Net Visual Studio C++ redistributable updates
6) update your DirectX (latest DX( version)
7) update your videocard's driver to the latest stable version
8.) disable antiviruses and check to see if they were causing the problem
9) try to run the application in administrator mode (full rights)

And in the end, if none of the above work, do a clean reinstall of your OS,as it doesn't seem you have problems only with bRC5 application.

Ive finally got it to load. Did a clean up on my computer ,deleted all the old Beta tests and installed DirectX 11. I didnt have DirectX installed on my computer so have since installed.So now to start testing I did notice i couldnt create any armies from the Digital army generator. It shows the expansion name ie Rise of Rome but no army lists.Have provided all my serial nimbers so dont know whats happened here?At the momment i have used provided scenarios to test and posted 2 challanges using scenario list.

please provide the console_log.txt and output_log.txt files.

after that, try delete armiesInfo.unity3d from the bundles folder and then the armiesList.xml from the Resources folder, in order to have the game reaquire them in case they've got corrupted, and then try the DAG again

I deleted the 2 files as asked and the Army lists are now there for Digital Army Generator. So all is good now

Also, which build have you got? the full one, or the small one, which downloaded files first time you've started it?

No i downloaded the big version not the small one. All seems ok at the momment and game is running smoothly
