Re: MKWS CAMPAIGN 2013
The first documented contact between European explorers and Hawaii was when Captain James Cook visited in 1778. Cook named the islands the "Sandwich Islands" in honor of his sponsor John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich. He published the islands' location and reported the native name as Owyhee. As the end date for period 3 is 1700 we do not know it exists.

Re: MKWS CAMPAIGN 2013
Maybe that's because the Hawaiians killed everyone that landed. I had heard that by the time the end of the C17th the score was Hawaii 5-0

Just over a month away now
feel free to send me your lists at alasdairharley@hotmail.com,
I have never seen a Pirate civil war, I am sure there was one and will be one so looking forward to it and as ever expecting MKWS to be the excellent fun it always is
to sit either side of your teammates and comment on their abilities as you play and lose is not to be missed
cheers

Re: MKWS CAMPAIGN 2013
Two would be my preference, but I can cope with period one if the third player has his (or her) heart set on p2.alasdair2204 wrote:Hi Dave

Dave
PS You do realise North America includes Mexico don't you? Maybe you should have called the theme 'Anglo' America...
