Reinstall: Updates??

I have reinstalled PC SetUp Release V100. The in-game updater gives an error and says contact Matrix Games.

Can I just download 1.13 and run it?

Can I then install AfrikaKorps?

Is there some other preferred order?

I'll wait on the DLCs until the MegaPak comes out.

I would run the 1.13 patch last, as it came out after Afrika Korps.

So, it's probably best to first install the base game, then Afrika Korps, and then finally the patch 1.13.
