Why can't I purchase the new Husky operation?

I have been trying all day to buy the new Husky operation. I have all the add-ons for Battle Academy. The system just keeps waiting. Why can't I purchase it?

I use Battle Academy on the iPad. The Matrix forum seems to be for PC download. Is there another option than going through the add on purchase? It waits for hours and nothing happens. Suggestions?

The iPad version is still waiting for Apple approval.

There seems to be an issue with the iOS release which prevents purchase of operation Husky at this time on iPad. We have already submitted a fixed version that will allow purchase.
