Patches languages

I'd like to know if the spanish patch would work with the english version of the game bought in Matrix.
It's mere curiosity, it doesn't matter to me having it in English in fact I think I would leave it with the original language.

Sorry no - you need Slitherine patches for the Slitherine version and Matrix patches for the Matrix version.

But Spanish language files would work with English version (if that's what you want, i.e. to have the game in Spanish). So, assuming that it is fine legal-wise, you could get those txt files from a player that has the Spanish version...
