_[BUG] (v1.8.10.683 bRC4) Animation Speed

Hi,

Even if you set it to the lowest you are not able the see the BG'S movement.
I find this very helpful specially to see the evade path of BG's when charged.

added in revision 738 :)

this one was a real monster, but now it was made to work.
