Artillery Attachments and Moving

Post by soylentgreeen202 »

Do artillery attachments slow down the unit they're in? Do they have to limber and unlimber like normal artillery? I just played my second game assuming that they do and that seemed to work okay. I feel that run and gunning unit of cossacks would be just kind of unrealistic. I'm sure the rule is very explicit in the book but I'm having trouble finding it. Thanks.

They do not effect movement at all.

Attached artillery don't have to limber or unlimber, they just have to get to within 6MU to shoot.
