Resources page

Post by Scruff »

Hiya all

Just been looking at the stuff on the resources page at http://www.fieldofglory.com/resources and was wondering how much of it has been updated for FoG2. Reading through the faq got me thinking about it and so I checked the quick reference sheet and it isn't v2 as none of the shooting ranges mention 3".

A useful addition to that page would be the army list revisions for v2 .

cheers

The FoG Yahoo group has an unofficial QRS for FoG V2.0 in the files area. Not seen a FAQ for FoG v2.0 anywhere.

Hiya Timmy, yes I saw and printed that out, but since the main fog site is the "go to" site to new (and old) owners until the frequent the forums, I think it would be a good idea to have all that stuff updated so that there's no confusion when people read their books and print off the qrs and go hmmm they not the same, what gives ....

cheers

But nothing new has been produced for V2 resources.

So just to be absolutely clear, the FAQs in the resources section are completely irrelevant to those of us who play v2 as all v1 FAQs are now addressed in amended v2 wording.

I'm not convinced that's the case. Many (most?) of the V2 rules are unchanged from V1 - and can still be misinterpreted. I agree that the FAQs need to be updated but many (most?) are still entirely relevant.

Take a look - I just have. And it seems to me that the vast majority still apply.

I've added notes to almost all the lists in the Wiki on my site where there have been list changes - just got to do the Byzantine lists..

Well that's disappointing! :(
