AA gun attacking a plane without moving

Hello:

After patching the game to v1.13 I noticed that I cannot attack an aircraft without moving the gun (except when there is one surface unit below the aircraft, blocking the possibility of the AA unit to move to said hex).

The question is: How can a player make an attack to an aircraft which is flying on an empty hex BEFORE moving the gun, or WITHOUT moving it (may be I cannot loose the entrenching value of the present AA gun position). I am sure that could be done in v1.11 of the game.

You should switch to "air-level" with tab key.
