How to change my password?

I had to ask for a new password (forgot!). Got the email with the new password.

I was able to get back in to the board, but I can't find where to change my password to one I can remember. My search found one poster who said to use the "edit settings" button, but I sure can't find this. Little help, please!

PS if I change the board log-in password, I assume that this new password will work for my PBEM games, too?
