Field at Glory now at the IWF World championships Helsinki

Post by jdm »

The organizing committee for the 11th IWF World Championships has decided
that in addition to DBM and DBR World Championships tournaments, a Field of
Glory IWF championships tournament will be offered. FoG IWF championships
tournament is limited to 30 places. Places will be offered as far as
possible on a first come, first served basis, with the proviso that we will
endeavour to balance numbers to allow an international field and will hold
open at least one place for each IWF member nation until the 1st April 2008.
Thereafter any remaining places will be released on a first come basis.

All registrations are to be sent directly to Finnish Historical Wargames
association at info@wargames2008.org For information on tournament fees and
payment details, please check WIC2008 website at www.wargames2008.org For
tournament and rules details, please contact JD McNeil at
jdm@slitherine.co.uk Please note that for convenience players wishing to pay
in GB Pounds can use the entry form and payment method on the BHGS website
www.bhgs.co.uk

Best Regards
JDM

Nah, some vague posibilites but nothing firm.

I am rather enjoying not having a job at present but it will be very hard to persuade Mich that I can go swanning off to Finland if I haven't got one.
