when working out the POAs for the above eg pikes get a + and an extra + for 4 ranks

Unfragmented pikes get a + for three ranks and an extra + for four ranks if the front rank is in open terrain.
Thracians
Classical Indians
Medieval
-Germans (many flavors), Danes, Low Countries
Burgundians
In progress - Later Hungarians, Grand Moravians
