after playing several hours (turn 246), I´d like to come up with some cosmetic ideas. I am not that far as others to make huge gameplay proposals, but I am working on that, too
At first: when I occupy a foreign city, I am missing the "Raze City" option. My opponents seem to build a city every square and you don´t need all of them, some even become a pain in the a..
Secondly: I think a "Production Overview Window" would be great. I understand it as an optional openable window, in which all cities are listed with theri actual production and you are able to change production from this window. It would be a good assistance in city micromanagment, because at the point of game that I reached, I have a lot of cities, and if I get a new opration or building due to a new tech and I want to change some cities at once (e.g. housing for city growth) I need my time to find the respective city on several continents ( I play on a huge world).
Next: In the city view, it would be nice to have the building categories as a drop down menu. With the game going on, I have 5 unit designs, with at least 3 weapon types per design, which fills up the whole list and some more. Result is for me to get to the buildings or operations, I have to scroll down (ok, it´s not that important, but as I said "cosmetics"). I´d like to see the categories as a drop down menu to choose which category I want to use.

+Striker Aircraft
-Pulse Cannon
-L-15 Lance Gun
+Buildings
+Operations
Hopefully you understand what I mean
I would like to have a "Show Pollution"-Button. It drives me insane, every time I see my e.g. Food going into minus and I have to search 2 continents with 20+ cities to find the hex, which is not producing. That´s an annoying time sink, which can be avoided.
Already partially mentioned by some posters, I´d like to see attck and defense values seperated and revamp the weapons into attacking and defending ones. It would add a lot more depths into battle and tactics. Also already mentioned that you can build cheap cost attck units with weak armor and ggod weapons, or defense units with heavy armor and bad weaponry and if you want both factors it gets expansive.
In this context, I miss the option to chose which unit I like to attack in a stack. That`s a point which would make stacking useless (besides from nukes and splash damage)) if I would be able to direct my attack to the target I want.
So that´s all for today folks. Hopefully these ideas can help the game to advance a little, because I already like it very much.
