Once they get the game engine updated I suppose its a possibility down the road.

I didn't see this topic before. Yeah, me too, FOG-R forever!! etc.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Some has to paint all those figures and take photos of them. Friends and family of the Hexwar team painted thousands of figs for FoG PC. Since they're gone, who will do all that painting?

FoG R also features larger formations that would become multi-hex BGs on the PC. How to simulate that?

Finally, Renaisance warfare doesn't have nearly the same following that other periods have so maybe wouldn't be a big seller.

That said, I'd buy it if it is ever made.
